We understand the unique needs of retreat leaders and group organizers, and we’ve designed a payment and cancellation structure that balances flexibility for you with fairness to our homeowners. This framework is based on years of successful group bookings and aims to offer clarity, confidence, and peace of mind for all parties involved.
Payment Plan
48-Hour Grace Period: Full refund of all payments if canceled within 48 hours of booking, regardless of check-in date. After Grace Period: All payments become non-refundable once paid.
At Booking: 10% down payment to secure your dates
• 6 Months Before Check-In: 15% due (25% total paid)
• 4 Months Before Check-In: 25% due (50% total paid)
• 3 Months Before Check-In: 25% due (75% total paid)
• 2 Months Before Check-In: Final 25% due (100% total paid)

Cancellation Policy
After Grace Period: All payments become non-refundable once paid, with the following refund guidelines based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs:
• 6+ Months Before Check-In: 90% refund of the total booking amount
• 4–6 Months Before Check-In: 75% refund
• 3–4 Months Before Check-In: 50% refund
• 2–3 Months Before Check-In: 25% refund
• Less Than 2 Months Before Check-In: No refund
