RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

To confirm a reservation, full payment of the villa rental (nightly rate) is required in advance. After a personal exchange by email with our team, guests will receive a secure payment link to finalize the booking. Any additional services or experiences selected before or during the stay such as private chefs, in-villa wellness, or curated excursions will be settled at check-out, unless otherwise specified. For villa owners who have subscribed to our monthly service packages, a recurring monthly payment is processed through our concierge company’s account. Invoices and receipts are issued on a monthly basis.

Maison R&V does not process or store any payment data directly. All transactions are made through certified and secure payment providers.

Cancellation terms will be detailed during the booking process. Fees may apply depending on notice period and services booked.

Guests are expected to respect the property, follow check-in/check-out times, and comply with any villa-specific house rules.

INCIDENT
Liability : Maison R&V cannot be held responsible for unforeseen external events or force majeure incidents.

Guests are encouraged to take outtravel insurance covering cancellations and damages.
