Enclave Residence is a tropical contemporary residence designed by Costa Rican architect Ronald Zürcher, inspired by the ceremonial metate of Guanacaste's ancient Chorotega culture. Set on a south-facing site overlooking Nacascolo Bay, the home embraces the natural topography of Peninsula Papagayo, creating a treehouse-like experience defined by privacy, filtered light, and sweeping coastal views. Limestone floors and exposed teak beams bring warmth to interiors that flow seamlessly onto an expansive terrace, heated infinity-edge pool, and outdoor kitchen.
