The cold plunge is available upon prior request. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to ensure proper preparation and optimal temperature.

• Exclusive use of the entire private resort (no other guests)

• Dedicated personal concierge on property (8 a.m.–4 p.m.) + full-time housekeeper (laundry included)

• Full access to all amenities (gym, yoga shala, pool, cold plunge, treatment area)

• Gated property + night guard (6 p.m.–6 a.m.) : A neighborhood security guard is stationed at the entrance of the property ensuring a secure and tranquil environment throughout the night.

• Discreet Perimeter Security : The property is equipped with exterior perimeter cameras for added peace of mind. Cameras are strictly positioned toward exterior areas only and do not face any private indoor or leisure spaces.

• Minimum Age Policy - The property is not suitable for children under 12 years old due to the open design, infinity pool, and elevated areas throughout the resort-style layout.

• Small Dogs (Upon Request) - Small dogs may be accepted upon prior approval. Please inform us in advance so arrangements can be reviewed and confirmed.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
